We all came together during this year’s Wimbledon to engage attendees with an exciting activity-led event, incorporating video, technology and a touch of tennis along the way!
Getting people involved with interactive, visually stimulating activities is a great way to educate and inspire staff, and build client relationships. At Wimbledon the event was especially targeted to recruitment specialists, but our events can be branded to suit any industry or seasonal topic.
We invited industry professionals to experience the very best in new kinds of business communications technology. Launchpad demonstrated the application of video within recruitment; Casual Films proved that content, creativity and thinking outside the box is key to successful video work; whilst 27 Partners implemented their new Mozi interface, designed to help organizations make, store, watch and measure video content.

As the Wimbledon event targeted recruitment specialists, the event was focused upon this sphere. Mozi was specifically used by 27partners at Wimbledon to create a fictitious online recruitment portal where new joiners were able to familiarise themselves with their new company and job role. The stresses of your first day, signing contracts and compliance documents and getting to know your new colleagues are all taken care of with the application. For this event, the online portal was entirely themed around Wimbledon: involving virtual tours of Wimbledon arena and interviews with mock contestants, though we would customise this to fit in with your event.
