NGDP – Building a Wall
The National Graduate Development Programme is a government-funded organization that aims to get top university graduates into management positions in local government.
They wanted a film that would demonstrate what a graduate employee gets up to in their day-to-day lives. We initially toyed with the idea of using live action video, but given the extremely dry subject matter (community relations and walls) we knew we had to go with animation.
Our animator spent time developing the characters and style - basing them on simple shadow-puppets.
The project was great to work on, with animation, voiceover, sound design, originally scored music and live action video combining to show just how powerful this medium can be.
Applications increased by 130%
NGDP jumped 13 places in the Times Top 100 Employers List
