Phaidon Press – Noma
Phaidon Press were looking to create some video content to go on their website and to be used in conjunction with the launch of a new cook book by Rene Redzepi.
Redzepi, Head Chef at Noma, in Copenhagen was recently awarded Best Restaurant in the World at the San Pellegrino awards.
Shot over two and a half days on location in Copenhagen. Access to the restaurant was tightly controlled and none of the guests could be filmed.
The crew spent time interviewing Rene and folllowint him on his daily routine, out foraging in the local surroundings. We wanted to follow the food from it’s natural growing area to plate.
